Dallas Cowboys' Adam Jones has made changes for the better

Cornerback Adam Jones says he feels accepted by his Dallas Cowboys teammates. "I don't have to be phony or fake around them," he said. "I'm a great person and a great teammate."

He is nearly alone. But the isolation Adam Jones finds himself in is of his own doing. Previous transgressions have forced this night owl to become a homebody in rural Prosper, about 45 minutes away from the Cowboys' Valley Ranch complex and an hour from downtown Dallas' nightlife. This is how it must be.
