IRVING – The Cowboys' star wide receivers are not happy.
Terry Glenn wants to get involved more.
Terrell Owens does too.
Combined, the two had three catches for 40 yards and one touchdown in the Cowboys' loss to the Eagles on Monday.
Both were disappointed by the play from the offense and vented their frustration after the game.
"I don't think we're trying to win; no, not on offense," said Glenn, who had four balls thrown his way – none in the second or third quarters. "You have to execute and get everybody involved. I try not to let it get to me. Man, I've been fighting it all year. I'm trying to be a team player, but there's no reason for it. No reason for it."
Owens, who didn't have a pass thrown his direction until the second quarter, said he needs to get the ball earlier in the game so he can find a rhythm.
"Everybody knows what I do," Owens said. "Every team I've been involved with, I've been involved early and often. It's hard to get into a flow when you get a ball here and a ball there. And late in the game, they start throwing the ball to me. It's too late. I want to be involved."
Glenn finished with one catch for 17 yards. It was the first time since Oct. 24, 2004, that Glenn finished a game with only one catch. In that game, a Cowboys loss at Green Bay, Glenn suffered a sprained right foot. Glenn has 64 catches for 938 yards this season.
Glenn had seven touchdowns last season and has six this season, but he's reached the end zone only twice in the last six games.
"I'm not alone. The whole offense is frustrated," Glenn said. "They are looking around saying, 'Why can't we do anything when we have all these weapons?' "
Owens was brought in to add to the offense. He hauled in a 14-yard touchdown catch but had a season-low two catches for 23 yards.
"Very seldom do we have a player come out and have a big game on us when we try to take him away," Eagles linebacker Jeremiah Trotter said. "Our main goal today was to stop the running game and take away T.O."

Owens also had two drops among the eight passes fired his way and was booed after the second one with 3:07 left in the game.
"We owe our fans something better than what we showed," Owens said. "Whatever boos were given, we deserve it. This is not how we play football. In each phase of the game, we stunk it up."
This season against his former team, Owens has five catches for 68 yards and one touchdown.
"It's nothing personal," Owens said of the two losses to Philadelphia. "We all want to win as a team. But we didn't make plays."
