Brian Stewart (right) has hosted the Advanced Sports Retreat for three years.

Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator Brian Stewart hosted a three-day sports retreat for minority coaches that ended Tuesday at Valley Ranch. The Advanced Sports Retreat included 41 NFL and college coaches and administrators and media members. Stewart wants to help minority coaches become better in their jobs, not only on the field but off it as well.
