Whenever we are allowed to do something for the first time, it is very exciting and difficult not to overindulge. As the biggest problem with drinking is combining it with driving, I think we should lower the drinking age to 16 and raise the driving age to 21. This will give our children a lot of time to assess their personal drinking limits before their fellow drivers teach them that legal speed limits are something that can be ignored.
