Re: "School's final chance – Samuell must get past lack of commitment to improve or be closed," Sunday news story. The most important contribution to classroom chaos is the out-of-control students – students allowed to roam the halls, a student spewing a stream-of-consciousness monologue during class, and on and on. How can you expect a new or even experienced teacher to teach in such unacceptable conditions? Why can't teachers remove these delinquents from the classroom so that teachers can at least teach? Where would I send them? To their parents – the source of the problem. Maura Schreier-Fleming, Dallas School conditions unacceptable
