I am a Meals on Wheels volunteer with a route in Dallas, but I live in Mesquite. I am attached to the people on this route and hate to think I might have to change to a suburban route to avoid a $500 fee if a Dallas resident hits me while I am delivering meals.

Dallas, please consider unexpected consequences of such an action, in addition to lost revenue from sales taxes paid by suburbanites.
